| Description: | POSITION DESCRIPTION Position: Irrigation and Lighting Manager (ILM) Overview The Irrigation and Lighting Manager is responsible for managing the Irrigation and Lighting Business within the Shemin Sales and Service centers. This includes maintaining inventory, assisting customers and following through with company initiatives to meet business goals. Responsibilities: • Daily management of the sales and service center’s irrigation employees. • Ongoing sales and service to contractor customer base. • Management of product mix and inventory levels to meet customer needs and meet company financial objectives. • Achievement of ongoing sales and profit objectives • Daily order processing for all irrigation product sales to ensure quick efficient service. Requirements: • Minimum seven years’ irrigation product experience • Strong contracting and/or wholesale distribution background. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills, high degree of initiative and a team orientation. • Superior customer and site orientation towards world-class customer service | |
